"Piece Of My Heart" fut créée par Erma Franklin - très belle chanson et très belle, très puissante interprétation... mais Joplin, ici en public, nous emmène encore un étage plus haut.
A part cela, c'est un peu dur de trouver quelque chose à écrire à propos de Janis Joplin qui n'ait déjà été écrit. Un peu dur de trouver quelque chose d'autre à exprimer que son émotion. Sauf à citer ce commentaire glané sur Youtube : "Why do I always get tears in my eyes when I hear that song ?"
